As we race to the end of 2021, exhausted, if even we have enjoyed them ( and we have) by the sheer volume of shows now available on streaming services, which are breeding like digital, high-resolution, it’s becoming excitingly clear that 2022 has a lot of great things to take in too.

Colour us unsurprised.

The three featured in this post certainly run the gamut from dramedy to sci-fi to nostalgia muppet and all illustrate the great diversity of cool programming out there, now we have been set free from the shackles of banal network TV.

It’s thrilling to see what awaits us but as we come down to Christmas, it might be nice to just sit out a few weeks, read some books and then get back into what looks like a brilliant year indeed.
